· Finalize O&M contracts
· Issue O&M Plan
· Monthly well meter readings and reporting with BBA

· Ditch and storm structure maintenance as necessary
· Assess maintenance needs for any new scope areas in 2025 and beyond.
· Assess need for and complete non pot forebay sediment removal (bi-annually)
March
· Coordinate new user non pot meter installation as necessary
· Update non pot user info and lists – assess and perform meter maintenance as needed
· Begin tracking augmented water from wells and Whitney Ditch and submitting State augmentation reporting with BBA
April
· Activate irrigation system and non-pot pump station begin providing water to users by April 20th
· Turf aeration
· Spring fertilization
· Begin tracking and billing of non-pot water users
· Fill forebay from Whitney Ditch if Poudre River declares free river

· Begin mowing and weed control of native areas and ROW/field mowing
· Complete cleaning of pump station facility

· Finish right-of-way mowing
· Activate wells and fill forebay for shoulder season water as necessary
